I want to give a shout out to Damon L at Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Thank you for being such a good customer service agent.


My situation - I originally went with a different carrier (broker) because they were a bit cheaper ($50 bucks cheaper). Come the day before my pickup date - no call, so I called the driver. Driver tells me that they cancelled my transport over a week ago with the broker I had used. The broker never notified me, go figure.

I was on a tight schedule and needed to find a transport within 24 hours since i'm flying out in the evening. Early in the morning i wake up and put in a few calls/emails with the top rated transporters on transportreviews.com. Luckily I was able to find a transport with a company within a few hours. Damon, who had given me a quote a few weeks back, also followed up with me, but he really went the extra mile. He went ahead and followed up with the carrier I had booked with to make sure they really found a driver for my pickup. All I can say is Thank you!

Even though I did not book with Cascade, I can tell the customer service provided by this company and their agents are outstanding. Thanks Damon! This is one of the reasons why Cascade is one of the top rated companies.

DAMON LUCKEY 360-834-7898, damon@cascadevehicleshipping.com, Daniel, This has to be one of the best reviews I have ever recieved. I am overwhelmed that you would go out of your way to post a review for me even though I did not have the pleasure of shipping your car for you. When you Contacted me this morning I knew that something very wrong had happened because it had been quite sometime since we had spoke, and you had told me that you were booking with a competitor at that time. It concerned me that you had not been able to get your Honda Civic shipped and when you told me you had chosen another company I felt compelled to follow up with them and make sure that they were going to get your car moved in a timely fashion. That company was on the ball and had a Carrier in place and I could now feel good about you getting the car moved. Thanks again for the review and I hope you have a wonderful year in 2012!
