As a first time shipper of a vehicle I had numerous questions and a considerable degree of anxiety. Debbie did a great job of explaining the process and calming my anxiety. She explained every phase of the process, went through the various options available to me, and suggested I read reviews on the web as I made my decsion. Her knowledge and customer focus made all the difference. Once the vehicle was in route she kept me informed. The vehcle arrived early and in perfect shape. I would not hesitate to call Debbie when I need to ship another vehicle.
