The service I received from Damien was excellent. He made me fell comfortable about the entire process. He called several times to update me on the status of my car. He went as far as contacting the seller and coordinating the entire process. There was very little I had to do. Again thanks to Damien.
The only negative was my car arrived with a slashed rear passenger tire that my mechanic stated could only have occurred from the car be transported on the carrier.

There was quite a bit of work here organizing this shippment and I am pleased that you were happy with the service. In regards to the tire, I agree with your mechanic, the seller would have notified you or myself if the vehicle would have been loaded this way. I know you have shipped several vehicles in the past and I appreciate the fact that we maintained the excellent customer service you had expected. THANK YOU!
