I would not hesitate to recommend Don Edwards at Cascade. I received several quotes, all in the same price range, on shipping my vehicle. After speaking to Don, I decided to go with him as he was so knowledgeable and reassuring. Since this was my first time shipping a vehicle, this was important to me. Don lined up the transportation within a day of my order being placed. My vehicle was picked up from my friend's home exactly on time and she was very impressed with the efficiency of the loading procedure. I was given a delivery date of three days from pick-up and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call informing me that delivery would be one day earlier. I was even more surprised when my vehicle arrived in an enclosed truck as I had asked for open - another bonus! Don was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and followed up promptly to confirm that I was happy with the entire course of events. Don's customer service was outstanding - he's the best!
