Car was picked up right on time with a thorough inspection. Car delivery was a day late, but I consider this VERY good as other auto transports we have used were over a week late ~ later to be found out that they had not negotatiated with a carrier and car was still in the city where it was picked up. Not to mention, we changed the address which may have added to the confusion. Malia kept us informed and someone always returned phone calls and emails.
