The staff at Cascade Vehicle Shipping were helpful and answered all questions to the best of their knowledge. The actual driver of the truck was late in both pick up and delivery. The pick up of the vehicle was only late beyond the given window by two hours. However, the delivery was over a day and a half late and was done in an unprofessional fashion. I attempted to do a walk through with the driver to insure the car was delivered in the same condition it was shipped in. He insisted on money first, and then briskly walked around the vehicle saying it was fine. I know the driver is an independent contractor, but the lack of professionalism and manners left a bad impression. Cascade Shipping was friendly and helpful. They tried on the weekend to contact the missing driver both through his company and by private phone.
