POV Shipment from CO to HI

I had selected Cascade to move my vehicle from CO to HI and had to call back numerous times to find out the status of whether or not they had found someone to deliver my car to Long Beach, CA. From that point, I had to consistently call Cascade only to be told that I was lucky " that my car was being shipped - even though the carrier was late.

We had a hard time finding a carrier because you wanted everything on a credit card, which I told you would make things more difficult. We found a carrier finally who would take a billing, and they had your vehicle picked up and delivered to the port before the cutoff in which we needed it to be to make the vessel you wanted. So again I'm a little confused. I did my job to get your vehicle picked up and delivered on time. You would always contact me, I never had the ability to contact you since you were a daily phone call into the office, which is fine, but there is no need to call you 20 minutes after I just got off the phone with you for an update. I had told you that when I had any new information I would let you know. Then you would call again, so I never had the chance to call you. You have to remember that the carriers give us estimates, not a set time. The carrier might have been late by a few hours, but not days. As for the -I was lucky to be picked up -I know I never said that, nor would anyone in my office that I manage. But in a sense that statement is kind of true. There are a lot of carriers that will not take credit card payments, so we did get lucky to find a carrier who was willing to wait for the billing cycle. You were a valued customer, just like everyone else. So once again, still confused on the rating. You placed your order on the 24th of Aug, and we have you picked up on the 27th, delivered to the port by the 29th and on the vessel for the 31st. How much quicker can you get? Sorry you feel that way, but this in one review I have to disagree with!!!
