When I first contacted Cascade, I spoke with Richard who was very nice and seemed extremely helpful. After I agreed to use Cascade I was then put in contact with Kimberly. She called and told me I could get a carrier on Sept. 24, but it would cost more. I agreed to this. I didn't hear anything so I had to call her and was told it would be on Sept. 25. Then it became the 28th. It was finally picked up on the 28th. It then took 15 days to get here.

You placed your order on the 13th of Sept, the vehicle was picked up the 24th, 4 days after your ready date and delivered coast to coast in 10 days. We did everything we could to find a carrier for the quoted price, but when a carrier called in asking to take your vehicle for a little more money, you agreed to take it, which you could have declined. Again we are sorry that this is not what you expected.
