Kim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when setting up and during transit of my car. She made things easy and explained everything that would take place.

The only reason I did not give the highest rating was because the delivery driver was a little unprofessional and seemed hurried and rushed. His driving of my car once it was off the transporter was rough and he sped in my car within the one block he was turning it around.
