The service that Cascade and Kris provided was excellent!! It took a bit long to find a truck but once they found someone to do the transport the whole process was very quick. Throughout the whole process I received several e-mails letting me know the status of my order and the couple of times I called I was always able to speak to Kris and he clarified any information. When I received an e-mail saying that the car was going to be picked up the following day it was actually picked up that same day, which was a bit nerve wrecking because I was not sure the car was ready in such short notice but everything worked out well. If I had one piece of constructive criticism to give is that once the car arrived and I was going to pay the driver the amount he had and the amount I thought I had to pay was different. I had to call the office to clarify which at the end was fine since the total did not change but it would have been nice to have had an e-mail from Cascade prior to delivery stating this change. It was a bit ackward with the drive for a few minutes but once it was clarified everything was fine.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Cascade and Kris to anyone who is thinking about having their car transported. No doubt about it!!
