So, I picked Cascade based on the reviews on this website. Unlike the reviews, their service was not Excellent. They had an OK service. Here are the reasons:

1- I contacted Cascade 10 days before the day I wanted the car to be picked up, and I was told they'd try their best to find someone the requested date and they will stay in touch. I did not receive a single call from them until the day before the pick up and I couldn't reach them either. Very frustrating. I was told in a rude way that my agent [Julia] had an operation and she wasn't available. Well, I understand that, but I was not told about this and they could have changed my agent. They made it sound like it was my fault!

2- The original price was 1039 but finally they found a carrier for 1355. This may not be their fault, but i wanted to mention this.

3- They explicitly told me that I can pay the truck driver by check. I called them and asked this question. The truck driver showed up at 7:30pm and he wanted cash. Who has that much cash in his wallet? I called Cascade, and as expected, I couldn't reach them! The driver refused to give me the car and starting threatening me! Then he called his manager and after 20 mins told me that he'd accept my check but "he know where I live, and he would come and take my car if the check bounces back". I found that really frustrating. Cascade should have told me about cash only policy especially since I explicitly asked them about it.

In general, I got the car, it was pretty dirty [not their fault], but no permanent damage, but Cascade's service was just OK not excellent.

We did not find out until she was out of surgery as it was an emergency. 2- The price is an estimate or bid. It is subject to change 3-In our term and conditions is states our forms of payment, if you had an issue you were welcome to call into our office and we could have helped you. It is not a cash only policy, its cash, cashiers check or money order only. Again we are sorry that things did not end up the way you wanted.
