Our van took a bit longer than expected to be "picked up" by a driver. Wish I had been advised sooner to up the bid in order to get the van moving. Other than that, everything else went according to plan/expectations. Kimberly is a rockstar. She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the processes. Would use this company again.
