I honestly did not know what to expect in terms or service, pick up and delivery from Cascade. I decided to give it a shot and I was blown out of the water with their promptness, honestly, customer service, pick up and delivery. My car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The timing between pick up and delivery was only a couple of days which was super fantastic! I was delightfully suprised and most of all I was kept updated with every last single step in the process. My car was no BMW but it was surely treated as one. I am completely satisfied, and very pleased! I have already reccommended Cascade to friends and family. Cascade is the only company I will trust now for transport. Thanks again!
