Awful Experience with Cars R US

I normally don't like to choose the lowest cost provider, but Cars R Us garunteed me the best service. That was not the case. They didn't show up with in the scheduled pick up time so I called....and got some random voicemail for nearly a week. And there were plenty of companies that would have loved my biz but I was handcuffed by Cars R Us with $100 deposit. The one time out of 50 calls I did get hold of somebody they claimed the normal receptionist was in the hospital...then I was disconnected! What kind of legitimate business manages their phone line like this???
IT GETS WORSE....my carrier finally shows up with my car. The contract carrier informs me my shipping cost is $100 more than what I was qouted by Cars R Us. I find out later Cars R Us bumped the contract shipping price $100 (WITHOUT my consent) so that I contract carrier would actually pick it up. Mind you....this is after its already 1 week late.

CARS R US promised to refund me the $100 but they won't call me back now nor deliver on their promise....typical.
