I was very skeptical about shipping my car with a company I had never heard of, but Carmoza put all my fears to rest. Julie assured me that my property would be well taken care of and even though she was new to the job, she was able to answers many of my questions. After a miscalculation was made in the quote, the manager, Keith, smoothed everything out and even took less in order to make me, the customer happy. It was a very unexpected ending to a stressful process. From the customer service rep, to the manager, to the driver, the whole experience was great.
