I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Montgomery and extend a sincere apology for the highly unusual experience he had with our company. Although we are continuously striving to exceed our high customer service standards, this was an instance in which we simply failed to communicate with our customer. As I told Mr. Montgomery on the phone, we truly appreciate those customers who take the time to bring both positive and negative feedback to our attention because without that feedback we have no way of knowing how we might improve upon our operations. Although our dispatch team was working from the day of his order to find a carrier, Mr. Montgomery was mistakenly under-quoted by one of our former sales reps and this made it very difficult to dispatch. Mr. Montgomery agreed that had we just communicated this simple fact to him, this situation could have been entirely avoided and the vehicles would have been transported without a hitch. I do hope that you decide to give us another shot upon your next relocation so that we can make it up to you Mr. Montgomery!
