I had tried to ship my vehicle through another broker, Affinity Auto, and after giving Joe my credit card information and getting the run around for almost 2 weeks, I told him to forget the transaction and I started the entire process over again. When I first spoke with Maria, she was very understanding to my hesitancy and was very forthcoming with plenty of advice for me. She told me how the entire transporting system works and that my son's vehicle was never even listed previously (as I was told by the previous man), this was all before I even agreed to have her be the broker for me. I told her I needed to think about everything and she told me that it was not a problem and gave me her number to call back. She was very professional and not pushy at all. I called her back and she was honest telling me that it could be a few days to a week before she had a carrier going west, but she did not want a credit card deposit until she could give me then name and number of the carrier and that is how it should work. She sounded like an honest person, so I gave her a verbal agreement and she called me the next day with a carrier and the vehicle was picked up two day s later. My son attends the Air Force Academy in Colorado and I am a member of the parents group and I will definitely pass on her information as the parents are constantly speaking to each other looking for advice and shipping out their cadets cars to them. Thank you Maria for all your help and honesty!!!
