John at CarTransportationUSA was very helpful and easy to deal with. He was honest in how the process worked as this was my first experience shipping a car across the country. The price to ship the car ended up being $100 more than the initial estimate and I had to pick it up 1.5 hours away due to living in a smaller town. This was frustrating. As far as CarTransportationUSA I felt they did a good job.

NNTransport was the company who picked my car up. It was a car we bought and we were having it delivered to us so we were not present to see it be put on the truck. The dispatcher was VERY difficult to communicate with and understand. He was unwilling to answer a lot of my questions and I ended up having to go through John even though my car was already on the truck. It took a bit longer than expected to get the car here (almost 10 business days) and the communication of where and when the car was to be picked up was incorrect. Upfront I was told that there was an office where I was to pick my vehicle up so if the vehicle had to sit there for a couple days until I could pick it up that it wasn't a problem. This was until the car was delivered and we had to pick it up that night and meet at a truck stop. This was not the drivers fault, but rather the dispatcher. I felt bad that the driver had to sit around for many hours to wait until I could get off work, drive the 1.5 hours to pick it up, then drive the 1.5 hours back home. All done on a weekday. It was frustrating to deal with the dispatcher. With the dispatcher being so vague and unhelpful, I was just glad to be done with the experience and glad that my car was delivered to me.
