Gave me a price to ship and when no one would haul it for that cheap they went up on the price to haul. Told me I shouldn't expect any results because it was so cheap. They are the one whotold me what they would haul it for! Then lied and told me vehicle was picked up when it wasn't. I tried to cancel since their truck broke down and couldn't get the vehicle as scheduled. They wouldn't give back deposit. When vehicle was finally picked up, no one from trucking Co. or Broker informed me it had been picked up, I found out the next day when I called the seller to apoligize for the truck not getting picked up.. When truck was delivered, driver called 2 hrs prior to delivery to meet him. Broker has yet to call and tell me the truck was picked up or ask if I recieved my vehicle and if everything is OK. Aytime I called and ask why they wern't communicating they said they move a lot of cars and don't have time and were extremely rude ( not so rude before they got my deposit). This was absolutely the worst brokerage I have ever dealt with. Would not do business with them if they were the only one out there. I ran a trucking co. and dealt with over 100 different brokerages and this 1 takes the cake.
