I took the opportunity to read previous reviews prior to selecting Auto Transport Express. Honestly, I viewed some good reports and some not so good reports. I took a chance with this company and hoped for the best. After speaking with Neil, he was very informative and just a nice guy to talk to about my need to have my Lexus transported from Boston to Arizona in a timely fashion. There was no pressure to sign on right away but a more casual approach to make my decision. They were able to accommodate me in not just the transport of my vehicle, but they also made arrangements to transport out my Roof Carrier along with some other items. After getting a date of pickup, I waited and although the pick up date moved 2 days beyond, Tom in customer Service kept me updated through the entire waiting process letting me know what was happening. No lame excuses, just your normal delays that happen sometime with these type of services. The car was picked up exactly on time and delivered 2 days earlier than expected which worked out great for my son on the other end of the trip. The driver was professional, personable and confident to make the delivery on time and safe. He did just that, as a matter of fact he spent time talking with my son after the drop about some common ground they were both interested in. A real genuine nice guy. Later I found out that Neil had been working with me while awaiting the arrival of his new born baby. Which was born right in the middle of our making arrangements. I know not everyone will have the same experience as I did, but for me, Neil, Tom and the driver made the honest effort to make it happen. Thanks guys, I will use this company again, and I will ask to deal with the exact same crew that made it happen the first time for me.
