Given quote for $790 and asked to pay deposit of $150. The driver nevers lets the car taken away until you pay full $800. And when you ask for the refund on the deposit, they show you some word on the contract. It is so open ended that they can possibly ask for $10000 and you will have no legal grounds.
So long story short, do not sign any contracts with these people.
