The overall service was phenomenal. I shopped around for lots of quotes but this was the only company that had a great price (at least $200 than most other quotes) and had great ratings on this site. I needed the car shipped ASAP. I contacted them and was met by Glen, who was able to arrange a pickup for 2-3 days later, Wed or Thursday. He was very professional and answered all my questions about the transport. I was going to be unavailable to receive the car the following weekend so I needed to ensure it would arrive either before or after that weekend. Glen was able to secure transport to deliver the car within 7 days, from Miami, FL to Los Angeles, CA. This was another pleasant surprise as most other shippers said it would likely take several days longer without paying an increased fee for priority transportation. The pickup was hassle free. When it came time for delivery, my car arrived a day early, for a total cross-country delivery time of 6 days! I would wholeheartedly recommend Car Shipper USA and Glen Holsman to anyone who's looking for quality shipping, great customer service and an awesome value.
