Glen is absolutely the best. I had problems with the seller that forced me to have Glen cancel the pick up of the car - and he was always polite, understanding, and professional in every respect. I was new to purchasing a vehicle out of state, and Glen walked me through the transportation phase with courtesy and respect. I always felt at ease. When the seller received his bank check and the truck was an hour away, he decided not to release the car until the check cleared. Glen calmed me down and assured me it would not be a problem - cancelled the pick up, and he had another truck pick the car up a few days later. This would never have happened with a large, corporate carrier. I was at work when the car arrived (delayed by hurricane Harvey - but they kept me informed) - and after reviewing the video my wife shot at how careful they were getting my car off the truck, I was once again convinced that CarShippersUSA was not only the right choice, but also the only choice considering the unusual circumstances. I will be sending this car out of state next year to have it stripped to bare metal and repainted, I will only make one call to have it shipped - and that will be to CarShippersUSA and Glen. Believe me - he's without doubt the best in the business.
