I know this is really late, but I stumbled onto this site because I Googled them to see if they were even in business any longer. I really don't know how they manage to stay in business! My story was from last summer. I bought a classic Firebird from an eBay seller in CA. He recommended these guys because he has used them quite a bit for shipping consignment and customer cars. I paid in full and waited the 10 days. At the 9 day mark, I got a little suspicious because their ninth day was actually the 10th day but the way that they track the calendar is screwy. Anyway, I waited until the 10th (11th) day and they didn't have a status. I notified my eBay seller to let him know the pickup was going to be delayed as I hadn't heard from them. He in turn blasted Clint because he is recommending their services to his customers and it could impact his reputation. Clint got on a conference call with he and I and asked us to be patient for another couple of days. He indicated that he would give me a full refund up until the pickup because he wanted to win my business and convince the seller that he was still reputable (he even put it in writing). After the 15 day mark, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I didn't get my refund for 30 days (ridiculous). I ended up shipping with DAS. The whole ordeal ended up taking an extra month and a half.

DAS was decent but ended up costing a little more $$$. I guess you get what you pay for.
