We made arrangements over 3 weeks before hand. Was told car would be picked up between15th and 16th. Still nothing set. Called and spoke with Tony in dispatch, he told me "you are not our only customer" and that I obviously didnt listen the first time when he told me that he did not have a truck yet and they would call when they did. I have NEVER been treated so rudely. Then I received a call from Maria who said they found a truck but it would cost and extra $100 because this truck was outside their network. Sounded more than dishonest. Again, they blamed everything on the drivers and said the given dates are only estimates. I asked to speak to someone else beside Tony and he told me there was no one else for me to talk to because he was the General Manager and Dispatcher. I asked for the owners name and he stated that he was the owner. Maria told me that Tony is a Manager just like her and he is not the owner, proof that they are a bunch of liers and thiefs. It is a darn shame that people handle business so unprofessionally and are willing to steal from hard working individuals. Find another broker DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

as told I would probably not get a refund by Anthony. Asked to speak with their refund department and he said "They do not speak directly with customers". FRAUD all the way around.
