Horrific!

In the middle of April, 2008, I made reservation to have my car picked up on the 30th of June from NY, to be transported to Montana. The week before, no calls. I called 6 days prior to pick up date and was told the truck is in the way. 3 days later... the same; on the pick up day... the same; three days after... the same. Finally, my husband got on the phone and complained about all their lies and he was told by Anthony that we need to pay $300 more because the gas prices went up. My husband was furious and told the "gentleman" that our contract does not say there will include extra charges. Anthony told my husband to get a drink, and cool down after which he hung up. Talk about rude. And... yes, Maria who booked the reservation.... I never got to talk to her again even though I left at least 10 messages on her voice mail. The biggest crook under the sun.

Don't even think of doing business with such trash.
