Liz was an excellent customer service agent. I was able to hold my reservation with a deposit for about four months before getting my vehicle delivered. I really needed the hold time and Liz kept her amazing promise even in a compromising situation. Liz is capable of going above and beyond the call of duty which exemplifies excellent customer service in my opinion.
Thanks for reinventing the customer service wheel Liz. I plan to let all of my friends and family know that carmovers.com is an excellent car transport service and that they should take full advantage!
