Rude, Fraudulent and condescending

This company made me pay for a weighing ticket they claim they received while transporting my vehicle, but they could not prove they received the ticket. They searched my car because they claimed there was too much in the car and that's why they got the ticket. They were a week late picking up my car. Someone drove my car over 100 miles and they damaged my exhaust, it was shoved up under the engine causing my car to shake and make a rumbling noise. I had to get it fixed. They drove my car from the unloading dock to my residence without my permission. They spilled some bleach I had in the car on my things and they scratched some painting frames that were in the trunk as well as scratching my jewelery box. They were extremely rude while conversing with me on the phone and refused to take my claim. The owner of the business told me that I was an idiot and that she would personally send me $1,000 to go and get a Master's Degree that was actually worth something. The company recorded my calls without informing me they were doing so, and were unable to play back tapes they claim to have to prove I was wrong with what I was saying. No one would give me a last name so that I could file charges and they were very condescending and patronizing. I deserve some justice, at the very least some respect. Maria would not take my claim even though it says I have 15 days to do so. It is coming up on the 15 days and she refuses to just document it at all. She says it is not her problem. I have made complaints to anyone I could because they should not be treating paying customers this way and they should definitely not be rude to their customers. Obviously they do not care about future business.
