I dealt with a guy named Noah who took my deposit (without sending me a contract first) and quoted me what I thought to be a very low price to transport my ATV purchase from Florida to Texas, enclosed. I spoke with Noah on Saturday and he assured me that the ATV would be picked-up on Monday afternoon. The seller of the ATV is a busy, working guy who does not have time to deal with shipping other than in the afternoons or evenings. They failed to send a driver out on Monday, but said there would be one there on Tuesday afternoon. The seller took off of work early to meet the driver guy who never showed, and did not call and tell the seller that he would not be coming. I had to contact Capstone and ask what was going on. After about an hour, I was informed that the driver would not be there. The following day, I received a call from Noah and was told the price had more than doubled, but he could get my ATV picked up today. I contacted another company who is hopefully more reliable. I did not get my $100 deposit back from Capstone, so beware. I shipped several classic cars last year using several different transport companies. My experience with Capstone was the most disappointing, unprofessional experience to date.
