Waited over 8 days to find out they wanted $1200 instead of the quoted $950, I declined and sent a cancellation notice per contract, Jessica confirmed my cancellation on 5/23/12 by E-mail, she called on 6/5/12 and said checks in the mail, I have since called three time and Kaitlin keeps saying checks are going out this week, very non responsive to E-mail and tried to block this review by saying they had no record of me being a customer.
