I have had a very good experience with both, the broker and the actual car transport company.
The broker, Capitol Auto Transport (salesperson Dakota), connected me in just the right time (which was crucial) with the carrier, at a decent price.
The driver of the carrier from Safe Way Auto Transport (Danny Heredith), was punctual and efficient, calling regularly to let me know where he was and when he would deliver the car. The transfer from California to Connecticut went smoothly and in every way correctly.
After having had a horrible experience with another company at an earlier time, I am glad to recommend these two firms as very reliable.
