Customer service was very good. My primary contact person was Andy. We had 5 or 6 phone calls and he contacted me first. This was my first experience shipping a car and everything worked out well. Car was delivered to Sweetgrass, Montana on time. There was a concern about where the driver could unload it, and leave it for 2 days. Sweetgrass is a small town and the choices are not many. Andy addressed my concern about security. He seemed concerned that I actually received the car in good condition, as opposed to just being done - and he followed up to be sure.
