Dakota at Capital Auto transport was easy to work with and flexible enough to accommodate the changes driven by third parties. There was open negotiation on the trade off between offered price for transport and probability of the load being selected by a driver. Excellent communication! Excellent follow through. The driver who did take the load was excellent too. Working with Dakota I really had the feeling that he was representing my best interest.
There were several changes in my plans due to difficulties in closing the purchase of the vehicle. Dakota hung with me, offered advice on how to modify plans, and in the end provided a transport company that delivered excellent service at a very reasonable and competitive price. My total exposure to dealing with the driver was limited to two very straightforward phone calls to arrange the meet and about 5 minutes on the ground. The driver was early and the car was ready to roll when I showed up. It doesn't get any better then that!
