I was very worried turning my Nissan over to strangers for 7-10 days. But I am very pleased to say this was the least of my worries on my move to the East Coast.
I called several times to track my vechicle to see the progress as the weather conditions were bad at the time me car was being transported.
Jay of Pioneer Auto Express and Dakota of Capital Auto Transport were very nice and tracked with the driver that had my car and always returned my call with a positive answer. No matter if it was day or night, I received a quick answer to my questions.
Overall I put the movement of my car out of my mine and felt confident it was in good hands.
My car was deliverd one day earlier than expected and that was a nice surprise also. Also my car arrived without any damage which I almost expected from some of the stories I have heard throughout the years I have been in the auto import business.
I will recommended Capital / Dakota as contact person to my friends and anyone who needs transport of their vehicle to anywhere in U.S.
I have been in the transportation business (auto import) for 30 yrs and have many of customers of mine ask for a trucker they can trust to move their auto. I will always give them Capital / Dakota's name to transport their auto with peace of mind.
