I wanted to write this review and complement Capitol Auto Transport for their excellent service. My daughter attends the University of Hawai'i in Honolulu and I needed to send her a 2001 Subaru Forester. Auto transport was a total unknown to me and definitely out of my comfort zone. I did alot of research and found this site and cross referenced it with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) site. Both had excellent reviews of Capitol Auto Transport. I contacted them and talked to Mark Feil. He was great and helped me through this process step by step. He sent me all the information I needed and stayed in contact with me by email, which was the easiest method for me. My car was picked up on a Monday,the day it was supposed to be by Best in the West Towing out of Portland. It was transported to Seattle in time to be put on a ship for transport on the next Sunday. It arrived in Honolulu safe and sound. The cost, timing, and process worked out exactly as Mark said it would. Nothing hidden or unexpected happened. I would definitely use Capitol Auto Transport again!
