Every aspect of my experiences with CAT was stellar! I shipped my pickup truck from San Francisco, CA to the Boston, MA area and was entirely happy with my choice t go with CAT. When I first contacted Cat ( I am assuming the company's namesake) she was very helpful and knowledgeable around the process of securing a transport for me. Essentially, CAT acts as broker who then tries to leverage the best quality shipping services possible along with the most competitive cost from an eventual shipper. She described the process to me, gave me a good quote and then suggested I call back two weeks before the intended ship time. I tend to be really organized and was calling in October for a December service date!

When I called back in December, Cat and her colleague smoothed over some bumps I was experiencing with the overall moving process around my pickup. They got me a great quote (again) that was higher than the Oct. quote but still entirely within reason. I was expecting such given that I was attempting to ship my truck right around the Dec. 25th holiday.

When the eventual transporter phoned me to arrange pick-up time and location, the process was exactly how Cat outlined it. I paid $135 as an initial deposit to CAT for the brokerage service with $850 going to the transporter, White Arrow Transport. The $850 balance was paid to the transporter on arrival in MA via a cashiers check.

Throughout the process, i felt as though CAT had me covered. I didn't run into any issues or challenges with the process but I am sure that if I did I would be fully supported by CAT and Cat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone that is looking to transport an auto. There are many less than reputable transport services out there, believe me I did plenty of research. Save yourself the time and effort and work with CAT, they are the best out there.
