The entire operation was as painless as it could possibly be. My billing situation was a little strange because a company was paying to move my car and Kat helped me get that sorted out quickly. Everything was extremely prompt. I only called 7 days before I wanted my car picked up and Kat had me a great carrier inside of a day or two.

The carrier, Mid America Transport, was fantastic. The truck was right on time both for pickup and delivery. The car was dirty from the trip and the carrier paid for a car wash. He was extremely professional and courteous and very accommodating. I was coming straight from the airport to meet him so he parked nearby and waited while I took a cab to him.

I recommend both Capital Auto Transport and Mid America Transport highly, both companies were extremely friendly and professional and my car arrived right on time.
