Victor Gaskins was the key guy I worked with but I talked with others, as well. They were all great to work with. Capitol went the extra mile to communicate and take care of all the details. I was very happy with their service. I was warned (justifiably) against those that offered low bids but this company provided good service at a low price. I would recommend them strongly.
