I was trying to move a car from a low-traffic location at low-traffic time of year in a very tight time window. So, I ended up talking with a number of different brokers. Victor and Capitol stood out. He was the ONLY person who was completely open and straight with me about the entire process. He was the only one who was completely honest and candid. He was the only one I ended up trusting.
Initially, Victor could not get find any trucker to take the load in the tight time window available. Another broker, Transport Services, called me and guaranteed that they had a truck which could make the pick up. This turned out to be a complete lie. So, after a horrible experience with Transport Services (see that review), I came back to Victor. We agreed to offer the truckers more than we had originally tried, and Victor immediately found a trucker.
The trucker, D.R. Auto Carrier, was fabulous. Came a day sooner than promised. Pick up and delivery went like clock work. The car was in perfect shape. The driver was great.
Through it all, Capitol was right on top of everything. Victor and Andy knew just what was going on. I could not be more pleased. I could not give anyone a higher recommendation!
Next time, I won't even bother talking with anyone else. I will simply call Capitol.
