I must be very thankful to Capitol Auto Transport for successfully shipping my vehicle from North Carolina to Ohio. Thanks to Mark, Andy and Cat for being very polite and patient through out my shipment. The best part of the shipment was that my car was brought enclosed with the same cost. I never expected this. The driver was very polite and took very good care of my car.

The only thing was missing is that the insurance detail of the shipping company/truck was not shared to me as it was told earlier that the details will be shared.

The truck driver did not had a GPS system with him which made me difficult to explain him on the directions to deliver the car (as i 'm new to this location i found it very hard to explain him the landmarks). GPS with the driver would have been very helpful.
