Customer service was great! initially there was a mix-up with driver who was suppose to pickup, but cancel on it. NOT Capitol's fault. They contacted me to inform and even the driver company contacted me too about the confusion.
Anyway Andy got me the driver next day car was picked up and dropped at my location no problem on time and I paid for open carrier didn't know but car came in enclosed carrier "WOW" that was lucky of me. Driver kept me inform where he was and when he'll be there very satisfied will use them again.
