I was skeptical since I had read many negative reviews regarding transporting a vehicle. Kimberly was readily available and my car was picked up within 1 day and delivered on time. When the driver hadn't phoned me on the day of pick up - I called Kimberly and she contacted the driver and asked him to call me immediately.
All in all - it was a seamless transaction.
