My contact as I began the process trying to find a shipper for a car to be transported from NH to TX was Janet. Her information was clear and concise. Her promptness in responding to any questions I had was very self assuring in helping me feel I was dealing with a reputable company.
My second contact was with Andy when a carrier became available. and again he too handled the process in a very professional and effecient manner. When I first started looking for a company I had submitted requests on line for prices from other companies and found myself being hassled four and five times by telephone. I received NO PRESSURE from Capitol, only clear consise information when requested. For all of these reasons I would highly recommend Capitol Transport for moving a vehicle, they are a company to be trusted!
