EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

Capital Transport and Mike Dakota are GREAT! He was able to find a 100% rated carrier for shipping my motorcycle (enclosed) from SE Arizona to Columbus OH. The carrier was only marginally delayed by severe thunderstorms on I-10 E ot Tucson, and made it to pickup my bike on Friday 24 AUG afternoon, around 1:15 pm. He was professional and just very nice to talk to...and he took great care to tie down and secure my 2006 Suzuki Burgman 650.

Mike Dakota was very patient and very knowledgeable and was able to secure Silver Rock Enterprises for shipping my bike. I can't say enough about how Mike takes care of you. Very VERY highly recommend and will use again if I need any shipping. In an unregulated industry, his reputation speaks for itself!!! Worth every penny.

As for delivery of my bike. It was originally scheduled for Monday, 20 AUG 12, but he ("Sam", the driver) called me Sunday around 12 (AZ time) and said he was ahead of schedule and could make delivery in Canal Winchester, OH by nightfall on Sunday evening! I was very happy with that as the bike was being delivered to my elderly parents' home. "Sam" was very nice and helpful and was able to get the bike to a parking area in their barn, behind the house. KUDOS to Sam! The bike arrived in the same condition it left me, and we are very VERY pleased with the entire process. NO PAIN. NO headaches, no 'delays' and NO HASSLES.
