At the start I was confused on what company to choose as lots of quotes, emails and calls kept flooding in. I got an email quote from Capitol Auto Transport; in that email they advised customers to be careful about brokers with their sweet tongues. In other words, some brokers may ask customers for an upfront payment and at same time promise clients heaven and earth at the start just to get their attention, and once the customer/s sign a contract there`s no going back. I didn`t know all these untill i ran into Capitol Auto Transport. This company ( CAT) equally advised me to consider company reviews before making a choice, and that I should pay more attention to the negative reviews, and to be honest that really helped.
To the best of my knowledge, Capitol Auto Transport is honest, 100 percent reliable, trustworthy, straightforward, on time delivery, keep to promises and excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again.
