I was in a rush as the carrier I had put a deposit with told me the day of they could not move it. Katie contacted me right away and gave me a quote. I told her my urgency in needing to get the car picked up that day and she told me to add $50 to the quote and it was probable it would be picked up that day or the next. Sure enough it was picked up that day and delivered two days after. I appreciated the honesty and efficiency and would recommend to anyone.
