First, My order Process..........(I would give 6 stars out of 5 if possible)

Sat Morning, Capital Auto Transport was contacted and I spoke with Cat. A return phone call from Cat by 12 noon, and by Sat night a contract was formed. Then, my car was picked Monday morning at 9am. Finally, my car was delivered by Hank Thrusday at 9pm. (The process was smooth and prompt, more than one can expect.)

Second, Cat the rep at Capitol Auto Transport..........
1. Well respected and connected in her industry. ( 2nd time I used her services with 5 star rating.)
2. Communicates very well.
3. Organized.
4. Respectful.
5. Honest and trustworthy.
6. Beats deadlines.

(In my opinion Cat, should charge 2nd time clients an extra 10%, they would pay without a 2nd thought.)

Hank, the delivery driver.............
1. Called me multiple times:Regarding pick-up, halfway to Ohio, 4 hours before drop-off, 2 hours before drop off and 30 min before drop-off.
2. Polite
3. Professional
4. Deadline was 6 to 8 days....car was dropped of in 4 days!
4. Works Hard.....(through conversation, you can see he hustles.)

Capital Auto Transport is one to be shared with friends and family.
