DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY! They will lie through their teeth. I went through a broker however, I have nothing negative to say about the broker. They did their job. However, once it got into the hands of CFR, boy did things go downhill. I was specific with the broker that I am out of town a lot and wanted the car to be picked up and delivered on or about Friday 4/29-30/2016 as I would only be home for a few days before hitting the road again. Broker notified CFR on 4/19/2016 to pick up the car and was assured that they would pick up on or about 4/22/16 so as to have a full week to deliver it on the days requested. Yet, while they picked it up on time, 14 days later, it still wasn't at my home. I called on Friday morning the 29th asking if the vehicle would be delivered that day or Saturday the 30th and was told by CFR rep the car was in CA however, the driver was busy with deliveries in San Francisco and not sure he'd be able to deliver Friday to Fresno- might be Saturday. I was told if I wanted to go pick up the car myself in their lot, it was located in Fremont CA- 2 1/2 to 3 hours away. I chose instead to wait for a Saturday delivery. On Saturday morning, I called again to see if the car would be delivered and was told, the driver had water pump problems with his truck and they'd assigned it to another transporter driver however, his truck was in need of tires so, no delivery until Monday. I reminded them I 'd made it clear I was going to be out of town beginning Monday and there would be no one here to take delivery. They agreed to deliver it on Wed afternoon the 4th of May when I returned or, early Thursday the 5th. I called them on Wed afternoon the 4th, upon my return, only to be told the car was on the truck however, couldn't tell me if delivery would be Wed or Thursday. Nothing arrived on Wed and on Thursday morning, I again called only to be told it was on the truck and would be delivered Thursday or Friday. Long story short, on Friday morning, I again called and was told the car would be delivered Friday or Saturday. I was fed up by this time and advised them I was calling the police and reporting the car stolen. I also had to get my broker involved in applying pressure on them as they didn't seem to care if I called the police or not. Finally, sometime Friday, the driver called to advise me the car would be delivered Saturday. He confirmed that he'd actually been scheduled to deliver the car earlier however, each time he tried, he was told by the dispatcher to forego delivering my car as he had another vehicle with greater priority to deliver. In other words, this company caters to the bigger and more important clients and were willing to lie to me. My car was sitting there all along being pushed back until I pushed back and was never on the truck to be delivered. To top it off, the car was never in Fremont CA, (Northern CA), as I was told by the CFR rep. It was in Paramount CA which is in Southern CA. Imagine if I'd gone to Fremont to pick up a car that was no where to be found. Again, do not use this company. I paid good money for delivery yet, they treated me like a nobody!
