Ive never ever wrote any reviews about any company before but CAA tranport is the best company ever!!! I am very picky customer that had requested lots of option for transporting my vehicle and this carrier was only carrier that met my needs. Ex: top load , pick up one day , cannot deliver until 2/10/15 and also requested to see their insurance and I was very surprised to see that they has $500,000 + cargo insurance. Other small companies only have half or less coverage for cargo insurance which means you can be shxt out of luck if damages go over limit. Communications and daily updates were amazing!!!! They have dispatchers that knows so much and very easy to communicate with at anytime. They usually open from 6am-6pm but if they think customers needs some attention after work, they will give you their personal cell phone numbers just to help out customers. I just cant thank enough for the service they provide for me and I would definately use them again for my car transport.
