Never having done anything like this before, I was unsure what to expect. The person in North Carolina made the arrangements with C Auto Transport; I did not. C Auto Transport phoned me when the van was picked up. H phoned the day before arrival. The driver phoned the morning the van arrived and when about an hour away. When the driver arrived, he confirmed the address, was personable and friendly yet professional. He did not waste time; he got right to work. He confirmed where to put the van. I signed some papers. He remained friendly and never brought up anythung negative.
